Rates and Policies

We are currently open for high demand weekends including Penn State student move-in, PSU football games, Parents' Weekends, graduations, and concert events to name a few. Please feel free to check in with us for other requests and we will get back to you shortly with our availability. Our rates vary due to demand but we remain mindful and reasonable.  All rooms have a queen bed and private bathroom. A variety of beverages are available throughout your stay and a hearty cooked breakfast is provided each morning. 

We will retain a deposit of half your total cost when a reservation is confirmed. If you must cancel and we can fill your reservation, you will be provided a full refund.
